Great Learning Opportunities

One of the best sources for learning about family history and increasing skills can be found at; BYU Family History Library. On their website, you will find an index to numerous videos, tutorials, and webinars, taught by experts in the field of genealogy and family history, and enthusiasts who are passionate to teach others about family History and help them on their family History journey.

The featured presentation for this past week came from the BYU Family History Archives, and was originally presented in 2019. This presentation is a great tutorial to help us as we Discover, Gather, and Connect with our families. The presenter, Olivia Jewell is a young mother and has outlined ideas to help us incorporate Family History and temple work into our daily lives, even when we feel overwhelmed by the busyness of our lives. She provides links to resources for children, youth and adults that will help them learn about their families, in fun and meaningful ways.

I hope you will take time to connect to this presentation, and browse through the index and see what is available to us to help us learn and grow. If you can’s see the embedded YouTube presentation, try the link below to access this presentation. –Elaine Hardman
